SATURDAY DINNER ONLY – $80
This cost includes the travel to and from the dinner by coach and the Gala Dinner at Gumbuya World.
FULL WEEKEND REGISTRATION – $240

The weekend commences at 3pm Friday 29th March at Danny’s The Venue, Logan Park, Howitt St, Warragul. Your FULL WEEKEND REGISTRATION includes: the Friday night dinner, morning and afternoon teas on Saturday, Saturday lunch, Saturday Gala dinner, Sunday morning tea and a packed lunch on Sunday. The Gathering will close at approx. 1pm Sunday 31st March.
SUNDAY BREAKFAST option- $10 EXTRA COST TO BE PAID WITH REGISTRATION ( All proceeds go to the Yarragon Lions Club)
The Yarragon Lions club will provide a choice of cereals, fruit, fruit juices, yoghurt and an egg and bacon roll for breakfast on the Sunday morning. If you would like this breakfast option, please indicate on the registration form and include the payment with your registration. ALL PROCEEDS from the breakfast will go directly to the Lions Club.
SATURDAY DINNER – Buses will be used to travel to Gumbuya World in Tynong for the Saturday evening dinner. Buses will leave from Logan Park, Warragul and return patrons after the dinner. Some attendees may prefer to drive themselves. From Warragul, Tynong is about a 20 minute drive along the freeway. To assist us with booking coaches, could you please indicate on the Registration Form if you’ll be traveling by coach to the dinner.

WORKSHOPS and TOURS
Please refer to the Workshops and Tours pages for further details of each option. Workshops and Tours will be filled in order of receipt of full payment from registrants. If you choose the Walhalla All Day Tour as your first preference on Saturday, please select for the AM and PM session, but also select 2nd and 3rd preferences in case it is booked out.
NOTE: Some Workshops and Tours may have additional costs, this will be detailed in the workshop or tour description.

PRIVACY & CANCELLATION POLICIES: Your information will be used by WOFG19 to communicate with you and will be passed on to the 2020 WOFG organizing committee. A full refund will be given for cancellations up to 14 days before the event. Less than 14 days notice, 50% of full rate will be refunded. Less than 7 days notice, full rate is payable. Special circumstances will be considered upon application.
PHOTOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER: Photographs and videos of attendees taken at the 2019 Women on Farms Gathering will be shared on the Warragul Women on Farms Gathering 2019 Facebook page, website and may also be used to promote future Women on Farms Gatherings. If you DO NOT wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to the photographer.
