Supporting your own mental wellbeing.
SUNDAY 8:00am – 9:00am. This is a shortened version of the same workshop offered on Saturday. This interactive workshop will help you to understand and manage challenges to your own mental well-being and develop practical skills and techniques to help you better support people around you who may be experiencing tough times. The workshop format will include group discussion, small group activities and shared stories from farmers who have navigated tough times.
